ME by Call Design is an Android app that connects with your WFM systems and brings the scheduling power of Aspect Workforce Management to your mobile device. With this app, your agents can schedule, request, trade, and track their own performance with ease. You can view your schedule whenever and anywhere you want with the Schedule View Function. Additionally, you can request annual leave using the Leave Request function, receive feedback via notifications, and check the status of your request using the Request Viewer Function. The Schedule Trade feature allows you to trade your schedule with a coworker and receive feedback via notifications if you'd prefer to work a different shift. The software also keeps you informed of any changes to your schedule with Aspect Notification Server.
The app also allows you to fully customize calendar colors and item names to meet your business needs.
